Through living Thrive’s work mantra, serve as Thrive’s primary accountability for the success of each assigned Paid Search Campaign. Ensure client satisfaction and ROI. Know your craft and stay on top of changes in the industry to ensure the best client experience!
Responsibilities:
Paid Ads Platform Management: The PPC Team primarily works within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs to effectively set up and continuously maintain client campaigns. Campaigns are set up and enabled based on direct client communication and a strategy developed specifically for client needs.
Client Success Communication: Understand and own the client’s goals, translating them into easy to understand platform specific KPIs. Precisely and effectively communicate optimizations, strategy changes, and campaign performance with internal and external stakeholders. Utilize data driven analysis to confirm decisions, insights, and updates.
Campaign Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Create and implement paid search strategies utilizing information gathered from the client and platform tools. Establish client specific KPIs for “successful” paid search campaigns, which complement overall marketing and business objectives. Install strategies into standard Thrive implementation and optimization workflows.
Campaign Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor, evaluate and adjust strategy based on campaign results and progress to KPIs. Utilize reporting and dashboards to keep all stakeholders up to date on changes and progress to client goals. Adjust goals and re-adjust expectations based on data with clear communication to the Account Manager. Accurately respond to client questions, concerns, opinions or changes in a timely manner utilizing data backed analysis.
Time Management: Be personally responsible for monitoring workflow and capacity, efficiently utilizing your time based on client deliverables and needs. Communicate any time management issues effectively with your manager.
Thrive Project Management: Using the project management tool, assesses each client’s project task status and progress weekly to keep up to date on open action items. Effectively complete tasks and communicate updates in a timely manner.
Thrive Team Collaboration: Ongoing communication with all internal stakeholders, specifically to your assigned team and all client facing team members on project development, timelines, and results.
Job Skills Development: Work with Paid Media Manager – PPC to develop processes to intentionally and regularly develop job related knowledge and skills, across all areas of Paid Media.
Desired Skills:
- 3 years experience with Google Ads
- 3 years experience with Microsoft Ads
- 3 years experience utilizing Paid Search Ad Optimization
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels is preferred
- Local Service Ads (or other pay per lead) & programmatic placement experience is preferred
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Landing Page Optimization (LPO) experience preferred
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience preferred
- Prior experience with Shopify & E-commerce Marketing preferred
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Drive to continually learn and grow in knowledge and skill of paid media
- Flexibility to take on and handle other tasks or projects as assigned
- Ability to work with and troubleshoot small budgets, handle a large client load, work in a fast paced environment, handle internal and external communication, and attend daily video meetings.
